After a friend linked me the trailer, and after reading the description, I took the chance and purchased this book.Truth be told, I was a little nervous since this is my first time reading this author but the book blew me away. It should be noted that though this book is the 3rd in the series, it reads as its own stand alone novel which was fantastic in it's own light as I didn't feel as though I was missing anything critical by not reading the first two.The story of Carlos and Judith is perfectly paced with just the right amount of conflict, drama and tension to turn it into an absolute page turner. She takes us through the story and is able to seamlessly transition from scene to scene and her ability to connect us to the characters is the mark of a master storyteller. I found myself smiling, laughing, blushing like a schoolgirl, in all the right places as I read through this book. Once I started, I honestly couldn't put it down until the end, and I think Lena Hart has converted this "non-believer" into a fan.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have 2 other books in the series to go catch up on...

Carlos and Judith are a beautiful couple when they start off playing and having fun the love just grew and no matter what happen they got through
the madness and made it happen even the miracle came through for them.
I really enjoyed His Bedpost Queen! Lena Hart does it again!.... she is never fails! David(Davie) and Athena(Tena) had tremendous chemistry.Can't wait till next installment! I love how the central element of the story is somewhat a mystery of what's going on at the Royal Courts Casino and Resort.... told through the eyes and experiences of each couple. Bring on Carlos and Julia!
I enjoyed the story it had me wondering a couple time who was involved but all and all it was a surprise. No spoilers here. Lol! Just enough action and romance. I will say I have to be honest at times it became really slow. Thankfully it pick up towards the end. I'm happy I finished it. Now moving on to , His Diamond Queen.
What I liked about Judith is that she recognized when she did dumb things and she did quite a few. Carlo went above and beyond for her. Don't really care for a man that will follow the woman to the ends of the earth, forsaking job and all, but at least Carlos belied in helping her. I did enjoy the thrill of the chase andthe cover. I would recommend
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Once I started reading it I couldn't put it down, I totally fell in love with the characters. I liked that they were everyday people just like most people, not multi-billionaires or some big CEOs like a lot of books are famous for. I mean there's nothing wrong with that, but it's nice to be able to relate to the characters. Also, I know the book was long enough, but I still wish it was longer. Definitely recommend it.
At first, I thought this was going to be a typical romance that was not well thought out by the author. I am glad I was wrong. This was my first novel in the series. So now I am going back to the first and will keep going until I get to the end of the series. Ms. Hart did a great job of catching and keeping my interest. I hope all the guys are as sexy and protective as Davie.
"His Bedpost Queen" by Lena Hart is second book of this Intriguing series. We get to see David and Tena’s love blossom into something incredible that had been brewing since their childhood. Character Chemistry is on point as it always is in a Lena Hart masterpiece. Doesn’t True Love will always conqueror all? I do not do spoilers, so I will just say that this is a story that is a must read! Don't sleep on it. I read the last book in this series first, and then this one, so I'm about to dive into the other two stories with abandon. Lena Hart is a very talented writer whose work I've been fond of since reading her first release. I can't wait to read more amazing masterpieces from her in 2015.
